Shipping and Returns

In our efforts to conserve paper and save trees, we never print receipts. We will always provide electronic receipts and we are more than happy to provide a card made from recycled paper if your purchase is a gift for someone special. Please email us at hello@samematter.co once you’ve made your purchase in order to make this request.

SHIPPING:

Shipping costs vary depending on where you are located. All shipping costs are calculated automatically upon check out, depending on the type and speed of shipping selected. All of our jewelry is made to order and takes approximately 2 weeks for delivery.

RETURNS:

If you are not completely in love with your new online purchase, we will gladly exchange or return within 7 days of the receipt of your order.

To make an exchange or return, simply email us at hello@samematter.co with the subject line: “Return Request” and include the following information in the body:

Once we receive your email and approve your request, we will give you instructions on returning your merchandise. All shipping charges are non-refundable, and a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds. If you wish to make an exchange or receive store credit, the restocking fee will be waived.
